3 Account & Membership

Orders will be shipped to the address you provide at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring that your shipping information is accurate.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting customer support. Please note that cancellation must be completed in accordance with our billing terms.

4 Billing & Payments

By subscribing to OneBite Japan, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date contact and payment information, including your name, shipping address, and valid payment method.

You are responsible for keeping this information current at all times.

Your payment information may be securely stored for the purpose of processing future transactions and subscription renewals. All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All subscription fees are charged in advance. By subscribing, you authorize OneBite Japan to charge your selected payment method for recurring payments unless and until you cancel your subscription in accordance with these Terms.

In the event of global shipping disruptions or other circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or carrier limitations), we reserve the right to upgrade your shipping method or apply additional charges as necessary to complete delivery.

You may request to opt out of such upgrades prior to the charge being applied.

You are responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor.

If a payment is declined, returned, or otherwise fails for any reason, we reserve the right to retry the payment and/or collect the outstanding balance using alternative methods.

Changes to your account, including shipping address updates, made after the applicable cutoff date may not apply to the upcoming shipment and may instead take effect in the following billing cycle.

To ensure timely processing and shipment, we may begin preparing orders prior to the official cutoff date. As a result, all address updates must be completed at least 48 hours prior to the subscription renewal date to be reflected in the next shipment.

Our shipping service does not include forwarding to a new address. OneBite Japan is not responsible for any additional forwarding fees, and such fees will not be reimbursed.

All payments made for products and services are final and non-refundable.

5 Subscription Terms

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that your subscription includes an initial payment and recurring payment feature.

You authorize OneBite Japan to charge your selected payment method automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription in advance.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the then-current rate unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

To avoid being charged, you must cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

If you cancel your subscription:

• You will continue to receive boxes until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds or credits will be provided for any unused portion of your subscription

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing or terms at any time.

6 Refund Policy

All payments made for products and services are final and non-refundable. All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or credits for:

• Subscription fees that have already been charged
• Partially used subscription periods
• Orders that have already been processed or prepared for shipment

7 Shipping & Delivery

Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. OneBite Japan may process and ship orders in batches based on subscription cycles.

Address Changes

All address changes must be completed at least 48 hours before the next billing date. Changes made after this time may not apply to the upcoming shipment.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate and complete.

Delivery

We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers
• Packages that are refused or not received by the customer

Our shipping service does not include forwarding to a new address. Any additional fees related to forwarding or re-delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.

If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery, reshipping may require an additional fee. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

8 Changes to Services

We reserve the right to:

• Modify product offerings
• Change pricing
• Discontinue services

These changes may occur at any time without prior notice.

Your continued use of the Site and services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneBite Japan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or services.

We do not guarantee that the Site or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from delays.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the products or services in question.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to shipping delays, customs processing, natural disasters, or carrier issues.
